We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of 1to1printers LLC’s (“1to1printers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) services, including our websites and any transactions between you and 1to1printers. By visiting our websites, requesting a quote, or placing an order with 1to1printers, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read it carefully.

2. Electronic Communications

By interacting with 1to1printers’ websites or sending us e-mails or text messages, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you primarily via e-mail. 3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 1to1printers LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on our sites is the exclusive property of 1to1printers LLC. By submitting artwork to us to produce your projects, you agree that 1to1printers may showcase your projects as part of our craftmanship. We may choose to share photos of your projects via social media, our online gallery, and on printed promotional pieces such as brochures and postcards.

4. Trademarks

1to1printers’ trademarks, trade names, logos, and other distinctive brand elements (collectively, “Trademarks”) may not be used without our express written consent. You may not use our Trademarks in any manner that may cause confusion, disparage, or discredit 1to1printers.

5. Customer Consent for Use of Artwork

Unless you speciﬁcally request in writing that your printed artwork be kept conﬁdential, by submitting your artwork to 1to1printers, you grant 1to1printers LLC permission to showcase your printed projects in various marketing and promotional channels. This includes, but is not limited to, 1to1printers’ social media accounts, printed promotional materials, and the online gallery featured on our website. You acknowledge that such displays may feature images of your project but do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship between you (or your business) and 1to1printers. If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to showcase your project, please notify us in writing, and we will remove it from future promotions.

6. License and Site Access

1to1printers grants you a limited, revocable license to access and make use of our
services, provided that you do not modify or copy any content on the site for commercial
purposes without our prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, the
unauthorized use of data mining, robots, or other similar data-gathering tools.
